m3iR allows a number of USB devices to be attached to the MFD, these include Card Readers of various types. This allows m3iR to read cards that can be used to identify users. This can be used by attached systems like m3i Billing for account log in or to provide user interfaces tailored to a particular user.

We can work with a number of card types, card readers and even biometric readers. Due to the m3i architecture we have a fair degree of flexibility in readers, what happens to the data after it is read and which external system will actually authenticate it.

We have our own competitively priced MIFARE/ICODE reader, can supply other technologies or can often use other manufacturers readers.
